Don’t forget to invite the agents that you work with by purchasing additional agent passes for the low cost of $45 each. Sponsor setup begins on the first day at 12 noon.
Important information:
- Please provide your company logo to Keyana Warren no later than January 31.
- All booth spaces are set up with an 8 foot draped table. If more room is needed, an additional charge may be required to cover our costs AND WE MUST BE NOTIFIED TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST. Also, power is available if needed, however IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE EXHIBITOR TO BRING EXTENSION CORDS IF NEEDED. Please contact Keyana Warren by February 5th with your booth requirements – larger space and/or electricity.
